Terms and Conditions
Orders are normally processed and sent out within 2-3 business days. Orders will be shipped to the address given at check out. For customers within the EU shipping is included in the price. For customers outside the EU there are three shipping categories, small, medium and large items. Shipping fees outside EU are as follows:
Sizes 65x140 cm and 80x250 cm 50€
Sizes 120x180 cm and 140x200 cm 80€
Sizes 170x240 and 200x300 cm 120€*
*large items will be shipped folded
Estimated shipping time for orders within the EU is 3-7 days. For orders outside EU estimated shipping time is 5-15 days.
We only use shipping methods that are traceable with tracking number. For orders within the EU we us Posten, the Swedish postal service, shipments outside EU are most commonly shipped with FedEx or UPS.
Oyyo are not responsible for Customs / Duties and/or Taxes incurred on orders shipped outside of the EU. All Outside EU Orders will incur additional shipping fees.
DELIVERY TIMES AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as possible, if your requested dhurrie is in stock it will ship within 2-3 business days. If the dhurrie requested is not in stock we will notify you via email with an approximate date for shipping. Out of stock items will normally be delivery within 4-12 weeks. Large sizes and bespoke items can in some cases take up to 20 weeks depending on size.
RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES
We value your satisfaction and we realize that it is sometimes necessary to return items due to size, color or other reasons. Below you can find our return and exchange policy:
Return for full refund: Items may be returned within 15 days upon receipt for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Oyyo will gladly send a Return Merchandise Authorization upon request however, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for shipment and pay the cost of such shipment. Please be aware that receipt of a full refund expires after 15 days of the customer receiving the item.
Exchange for store credit: Items may be exchanged within 15 days upon receipt. Items exchanged within this time period will be issued a credit for the value of the merchandise and can only be used for online dhurrie exchanges. Items may not be returned or exchanged after this period of 15 days for any reason.
We are sorry but bespoke sized dhurries are not refundable.
Please note that all items must be returned in unused condition. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise. However, we will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. To return a damaged item please file your claim within 24 hours of receipt of the item by contacting Oyyo at email@example.com notify us of the situation.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
You MUST have a valid Return Authorization Number in order to return any merchandise. You can request a Return Authorization Number via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. After your return authorization has been approved and sent, you may ship the dhurrie back to Oyyo, Brännkyrkagatan 94, 117 26 Stockholm, Sweden. All shipments must be traceable via tracking number. Once we have received your merchandise back in unused condition, we will credit you in the original method of payment which can be verified, in most cases, within 3-5 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as possible, if your requested dhurrie is in stock it will ship within 2-3 business days. If the dhurrie requested is not in stock we will notify you via email with a approximate shipping date. We understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped no extra cost will be issued.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Refund/Exchange Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.
